What to contact us about

• Corrections. A bonus figure, wagering requirement or minimum deposit that no longer matches the operator's terms. These are the messages we act on fastest. Terms change without notice and we would rather hear it from you than leave it wrong.

What we cannot help with

We are not a casino and we hold no accounts, balances or personal data belonging to an operator's customers. We cannot release a withheld withdrawal, reopen a closed account, reverse a deposit, or intervene in a dispute. Those go to the operator's support team first and to its licensing body or, in Ontario, to iGaming Ontario if support does not resolve it.
