Privacy Policy

Last updated 29 July 2026. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

We do not ask you to create an account and we do not collect names, addresses or payment details. If you email us, we hold that message and your email address for as long as it takes to deal with it.

Our host and analytics record ordinary technical information: IP address, approximate region, browser and device type, the pages you viewed, and the page that referred you. We use it in aggregate to understand which coverage is useful.

Cookies and affiliate tracking

When you follow a link to an operator, that link carries tracking parameters identifying this site as the referrer, and the operator may set a cookie so a later signup is attributed to us. That is how we earn commission. The operator's own privacy policy governs everything that happens after you leave this site, including any account you open.

You can block or clear cookies in your browser. Doing so does not change what you see here.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal information. We do not build advertising profiles. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the legal gambling age.

Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law, including PIPEDA and equivalent provincial legislation, you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Write to editorial@celebritysnacks.ca and we will respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our response you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Retention

Email correspondence is kept while it is needed and then deleted. Aggregated analytics carry no identifying detail and are retained as historical trend data.
